Failures with planning or compliance with building regulations can be enormously problematic. Raffoul Consulting can take on the role of Assigned Certifier and manage BCMS Compliance to ensure the requirements of compliance are as stream lined as possible.

We can also assist with rectifying existing issues by assessing your building and issuing the required Declarations of Identity, Opinions of Compliance with Planning and Opinions of Compliance with Building Regulations certificates
